To make sure you’re maximizing your benefits at The Spa we’re going to review our loyalty program that we offer and the amazing perks our guests receive from it.
HOW IT WORKS
The Spa Rewards Program is split into three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Concluding your first service or product purchase with us, you will automatically start accumulating points to The Spa Rewards Program and will continue to receive points from any service you receive or products you purchase. Each point you receive is equivalent of $1 earned. As you continue receiving services and gaining points, you will begin to move through each of the tiers, gaining perks every step of the way. You can start redeeming your points at anytime towards services or products available in The Spa.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY POINTS?
Your reward points are available here: https://www.vagaro.com/thespaatolivine Once you log into your account, your points will appear under your profile listed *points and will appear under this tab of your account one business day after your purchase.
SILVER
The Silver tier is the beginner tier and is reached directly after your first transaction. You will be in this tier until you reach $1500 spent towards products and services within 12 months. In the Silver tier you will be able to earn points for leaving reviews, tagging us in a social media posts during your service and purchasing products and services at The Spa. You can redeem your points earned at anytime towards products or services within the spa.
Gold
The Gold tier is our second tier and guests are eligible to enter this tier once they have spent above $1500 within 12 months on products and services. In the Gold tier you will be able to earn double the points for leaving reviews, tagging us in social media during your service, as well as earning points for purchasing products and services at The Spa. You have access to earn extra points during point multiplier events and promotions. Gold Tier also receives a gift on their birthday, so make sure you add your birth date in your profile

Platinum
The Platinum tier is the highest tier The Spa offers and comes with many perks! This tier is normally for our loyal, long-standing guests who have spent above $3000 within 12 months on products and services at The Spa. You will earn triple the points for leaving a review, tagging us in a social media post during your service, as well as points for purchasing products and services at The Spa. As a Platinum guest member you will gain access to earn extra points during point multiplier events and promotions, you will also gain VIP access to special events, be the first to know about new product and service offerings, and frequently receive complimentary services and upgrades. In this tier you will receive a special gift on your birthday, so make sure you add your birth date in your profile
