LET THE RELAXATION BEGIN
Arrive 15-30mins prior to any service. This will allow time to get changed and the relaxation to begin.
We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to reschedule, postpone or cancel your scheduled appointment. Please understand that these changes affect not only the spa, the service providers and other clients as well. We appreciate your consideration and courtesy.
Due to large increases of last minute cancellations and no show clients in this industry, we have decided to implement this cancellation policy which will be required when booking larger timed services.
To ensure we can accommodate all of our wonderful guests, we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call the spa directly 403-317-7293. We know there may be times when illness and unforeseen circumstances occur we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to reschedule. Fees do not apply when appointments are rescheduled.
Repeat Offenders
If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your scheduled appointments, after the third time you will be required to pay the full amount of services during the booking process.
Running late please give us a call. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. We may modify your service for the time that is remaining for you, but please be aware we work on a time-based schedule and want to ensure all guests are taken care of
Late Arrival Policy
The Spa has a 15min "grace period" Late Arrival Policy. If you show up later then 15min the service is compromised and will be treated like a "NO Show" and a 50% fee will be charged. We understand things can happen but in order to give you the best service we can you must be on time.
Cost Transparency For Product Usage
Our service fee covers the time, expertise, and care provided during your session. In addition to this, a product fee is added to your service fee upon checkout for the premium-quality products used in our treatments. These products are essential to deliver thorough customized results and ensure the best experience. The product fee helps us maintain high standards in the ingredients and materials we use, allowing you to receive both top-tier service and products.

Please note that relaxation massages may be performed by certified spa practitioners, not registered massage therapists.
Please check in with salon olivine reception at least 15- 30 minutes prior to your treatment in order to prepare for your services. late arrivals will end as scheduled in consideration of the next guest. To ensure a safe and relaxing treatment experience, we require that you complete a client intake form upon check-in. If you have certain medical conditions or are pregnant, certain treatment services may have to be modified or may not be appropriate. Please note all service, session, and treatment times include consultation and/or assessment procedures. Consultation times may vary based on individual guest needs.
The spa is a place of peaceful relaxation. We ask that guests use their spa voices at all times. To maintain a tranquil environment, voice and video calls are not permitted.
